Overview Introduction

Debugging is a critical phase that takes place before equipment is put into operation. During the debugging process, routine setup and testing are conducted to ensure the equipment operates safely throughout its lifespan.
Shanghai Xieke's experts are experienced engineers with extensive expertise in various equipment commissioning fields. We provide commissioning services for the following equipment: feeding systems; rotary valves and their components; bulk material handling equipment; pneumatic conveying systems; complete systems; mixing and extrusion systems, as well as automatic control cabinets, among others.
Debugging involves a series of actions that enable an object to become operational—and without these steps, the coordinated functionality of all systems cannot be verified after installation is complete.
The task of debugging is to thoroughly verify the correctness of the installation work, detect any potential factory defects in the equipment, set the devices to their maximum load mode, and adjust the technical parameters to meet the designed consumer values.
Standard debugging tasks include the following types of work:
- Verify that the technical parameters of the equipment meet the design requirements and specified values, and conduct test runs to confirm the operability and functionality of each individual device.
- Verification of equipment and structural diagrams, adjusting their output values to operational levels.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of the equipment to verify its performance, including simulations of force-majeure scenarios.
- Adjust the mode and configure the interaction of all engineering systems within the equipment and facilities, then initiate the permanent process flow.
- Check various work modes.
The final stage of debugging involves preparing a technical report (test report) detailing the work completed, as well as handing over the debugging documentation and facilities to the customer.
The commissioning phase is the final stage before a facility is put into operation—and it’s the work carried out before delivery to the customer. Conducting commissioning ensures that the customer’s design, assembly, and equipment installation are accurate, guaranteeing optimal efficiency, reliability, and safety.
