Task:
Feeding up to eight ingredients into a W&P mega compounding extruder- Achieving optimal short-term accuracy (repeatability and linearity) over a 15-second period—customers required better than ±0.5% accuracy.
- Provide flexibility to relocate feeders to other lines
- Provide flexibility for easy cleaning and line changeovers
The product is a high-end engineering plastic.
Solution:- Provide K2-ML loss-in-weight feeders equipped with the new SFT II weighing technology.
