Overview Introduction
Expandable Polystyrene
Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) is a rigid and durable foam material. Commonly used in food packaging, building insulation, and packaging materials, EPS can be molded into solid blocks that perfectly fit the shape of the item being protected, or it can be shaped into loose granules to fill boxes, safeguarding fragile items inside.

Our time-tested technology is perfectly suited for single-stage production of EPS. The highly reliable gravity-fed feeder delivers precise material supply—whether adding GPPS, EPS, fillers, flame retardants, nucleating agents, pigments, or blowing agents—into the process with exceptional accuracy. Thanks to its intense mixing capabilities and exceptionally gentle product handling, the twin-screw extruder ensures optimal dispersion of all ingredients. Finally, the microgranules are prepared using an underwater pelletizing system, followed by expansion or molding as needed.
