Selecting the right blower to operate at the correct speed is critical for maximizing the efficiency of any pneumatic conveying system. Before choosing a blower package, our system engineers carefully calculate the required performance of the blower and how it will perform in specific applications.
The pressure blower package features an industry-proven positive displacement blower (rotary lobe type). The blower is dynamically balanced, and isolation pads are strategically placed between the blower and its base to minimize vibration and noise. Depending on the application, blower motors ranging from 2.2 to 112 kW [3 to 150 HP] are available. An adjustable motor mount accommodates either the IEC or NEMA motor mounting pattern. Additionally, a heavy-duty drive guard fully encloses the drive unit, ensuring the safety of plant personnel. The entire blower package is supported by a robust base that provides easy access for maintenance and cleaning tasks.
The noise level without a sound enclosure ranges from 70 to 97 dB(A), depending on the blower package's specific configuration and installation. Sound enclosures are available as an optional feature.Download Product Specification Sheets

The Positive Displacement Pressure Blower is part of our extensive range of blower packages designed for the pneumatic conveying of pellets, powders, and granular materials in a continuous pressure system. The PD Pressure Blower is engineered for conveying systems ranging from 50 mm [2 in] to 273 mm [10.75 in], operating at pressures up to 1 bar(g) [15 psi(g)].
