The K3 line of pharmaceutical feeders features a modular design, complete with a significantly reduced overall footprint thanks to the new, more compact D4 platform scale. The quick-change design enables effortless swapping of feeder types and sizes, as well as hoppers or agitators—using the same scale and drive system—for rapid adaptation to new processes and formulations, while also ensuring easy cleaning and maintenance.

Additional design options include the ability to ensure complete product containment during feeding and transfer, isolation within glove boxes, and configurations suitable for use in hazardous environments according to ATEX and NEC guidelines. Specialty designs are also available for cluster feeding and refill operations in continuous processes, with modifications that enable full accessibility in areas with tight space constraints—or when integrating into continuous processes like blending, granulation, or extrusion.
