It boasts a precision-machined base with maximum screw opening and an agitator designed for optimal screw filling. A bottom-driven vertical agitator ensures accurate screw filling while minimizing residual material. The product contact parts are quickly detachable via a convenient quick-coupling design, making it easy to clean these critical areas. All product-contact components are made from stainless steel. A single stepper motor powers both screws and the agitation mechanism, delivering smooth and reliable operation. Additionally, the drive system is entirely oil- and grease-free. Both the motor drive and the high-resolution digital weighing scale are fully enclosed within the feeder base, enhancing hygiene and simplifying cleaning procedures. Optional protective enclosures are available to shield the unit from environmental factors like dust or moisture.
