Gentle, high-rate gravimetric feeding or metering of free-flowing or friable products Weigh Belt Feeders are straightforward, highly reliable gravimetric feeders that deliver exceptional feeding precision and efficient process monitoring. They can be used as feeders, batchers, or meters. The SWB is the ideal solution for precise metering in applications with limited headroom—or when handling friable materials that could be damaged by other feeding methods. This compact gravimetric feeder is capable of managing large volumes of bulk materials with varying flow characteristics. Optionally, the SWB-300 and SWB-600 feature continuous online taring functionality through the use of two weigh modules. SWB-300-N, Mid-Rate Smart Weigh Belt Feeder with Housing
The SWB-300 features a 300 mm wide belt. The stainless steel belt conveyor frame includes the primary material weighbridge and an optional secondary continuous auto-tare weighbridge. The conveyor frame is removable on a telescopic support structure.
HOUSING
Model -N is enclosed in a stainless steel housing. Gasketed side and top covers feature full-length windows and, when mounted, ensure a dust-tight enclosure. Model -O has an "Open Frame" design, lacking a protective enclosure altogether.

SWB-600-O, Mid-Rate Smart Weigh Belt Feeder with Open Frame
The SWB-600 features a 600 mm wide belt. The stainless steel belt conveyor frame includes the primary material weighbridge and an optional secondary continuous auto tare weighbridge. The conveyor frame is removable on a telescopic support structure.
HOUSING
Model -N is enclosed in a stainless steel housing. Gasketed side and top covers feature full-length windows and, when mounted, ensure a dust-tight enclosure. Model -O has an "Open Frame" design and comes without a housing.
