Thanks to the wide variety of pumps and tanks available, Liquid Feeders can handle a broad range of applications. They are suitable for diverse industries, and the thousands of units already installed demonstrate their reliability in daily use—efficiently delivering pastes or liquids directly into production processes. Common bulk materials fed by this type of feeder include acids, plasticizers, molasses, and flavorings. Other applications include, for instance, feeding meat slurry into extruders during food or pet food processing, or incorporating liquid additives into polyethylene production lines.
For highly accurate dispensing of high-value liquids and pastes—such as flavors and aromatics in the food industry—gravimetric models equipped with a suspension scale or platform scale are ideal. Heated units can be provided when material viscosity poses a challenge, or for handling temperature-sensitive substances. Additionally, depending on the specific requirements of the application, complementary downstream equipment like mixers can also be supplied.
