This Sanitary Bag Dump Station with Glovebox is designed to enable bags or small sacks to be opened and emptied into a process within a closed environment. The Bag Dump Station safeguards the operator from contact with potentially hazardous bulk materials, while also protecting the bulk material from contamination or unintended interaction with the external environment.
The central exhaust ventilation system remains active during operation to prevent dust from escaping the unit while loading and/or unloading. The fan automatically starts when the sliding hatch is opened, creating a slight vacuum. Once the hatch is closed, the breaker (vent) valve in the exhaust line activates, directing a stream of air across the front window to ensure dust doesn’t accumulate on the glass.
The primary filter is cleaned only when the hatch is closed and the exhaust fan is running. A protective panel prevents dust from being blown toward the front window. The empty bag can be disposed of through a flange located on the side of the unit.Download Product Specification Sheets
