Batch Weighing Vacuum Receivers
The Conveyor/Weigher package combines a vacuum receiver with a dependable weighing system.
Batch Weigh Vacuum Receiver enables the conveyance and weighing of multiple ingredients, allowing for accurate batching—either cumulative or sequential—to be carried out.
As a Multi-Material Batch Weigher, the unit accurately measures and accumulates a specific weight of several ingredients (typically up to eight ingredients) to form a batch before loading it into a mixer.
As a Totalizing Weigher, the unit continuously monitors the throughput of a single material in a process or accurately fills a bulk container.
