Mini Pulse Clean Filter
The Mini Pulse-Clean Filter is a new line of compact bin vent filters. Each unit features a single small filter bag or cartridge element that is automatically pulse-cleaned with a burst of compressed air. These filters are designed to fit Loss-in-Weight feeder hoppers and Aerolock™ surge hoppers. This product addresses the need for a small, reliable, automatic vent filter—and can operate continuously for extended periods without the clogging or maintenance issues associated with traditional static vent socks. A pulse timer or central controller can be used to deliver the cleaning signal.

Standard Features
• 6" model: Polyester felt filter bag with a 0.09 m² [1 ft²] filter area
• 8” model: 100% spunbond polyester pleated cartridge with a 1.25 m² [13.5 ft²] filter area
• Compressed air pulse-jet filter cleaning system, featuring a solenoid-operated control valve, rated IP65 [NEMA 4/12], powered by 24 VDC and 115 VAC.
• 2.5 m³/h [1.5 ft³/min] of clean, dry compressed air required at 5.5 – 6.89 bar(g) [80 – 100 psi(g)]
• Available in carbon steel or stainless steel
• CE compliantPulse-Clean Control Panel
• An existing PLC or any of the following control timers can be used to send the pulse signal to the solenoid
• 24 VDC NEMA 4X enclosure 5702-77 Continuous Use Panel
• Continuous control with adjustable off-time between pulses
5702-78 Refill Usage Panel
• Includes delay timers: when the 24 VDC refill signal is met and
goes away, the timer will activate the solenoid for an adjustable
