2415 Venturi Pellet Loader
The 2415 Venturi pellet loader is designed to handle pellets, as well as regrind or granular materials. The Venturi power unit uses compressed air to generate a vacuum-based conveying system. Thanks to its modular design, the loader offers flexibility in selecting the material construction, power source, filtration system, and discharge type—allowing it to meet your current application needs as well as accommodate future requirements. The 2415 Venturi loader comes in two versions: one optimized for continuous full-conveying applications, and the other tailored for loss-in-weight (LIW) feeder refill systems. Additionally, users can choose from a variety of discharge valve types—gravity, slide/orifice, or butterfly—depending on the specific application and the material being handled. Loaders intended for keep-full applications are equipped with a gravity gate discharge valve. These loaders operate by drawing material in sequential cycles, provided that the inductive proximity switch on the gravity discharge gate remains nearly closed—or until a signal is detected from a secondary level indicator located in the hopper. This ensures the hopper beneath the loader stays consistently full.
