P10 Venturi Loader
The P-Series Venturi loader is designed to handle powders and complies with the stringent 3A Dairy sanitary standards. Featuring a selection of different discharge valve types—powered flap valves and actively driven butterfly valves—the P-Series Venturi loader can be used for conveying applications such as hopper loading, as well as loss-in-weight feeder refill tasks, even when the loader isn’t completely emptied each time. The venturi power unit leverages compressed air to generate a vacuum-based conveying system.

The P-Series Venturi loader is designed to handle powders and complies with the stringent 3A Dairy sanitary standards. Featuring a selection of different discharge valve types—powered flap valves and actively driven butterfly valves—the P-Series Venturi loader can be used for conveying applications such as hopper loading, as well as loss-in-weight feeder refill tasks, even when the loader isn’t completely emptied each time. The venturi power unit leverages compressed air to generate a vacuum-based conveying system.
The P10 loader is available in two outlet configurations: a powered flap valve (FP) or a butterfly valve (BV). The loader body is constructed from stainless steel DIN 1.4404 [AISI 316L], featuring an internally and externally electropolished, passivated surface. Its modular design and hygienic construction—free of pockets or dead spaces—enable effortless disassembly and cleaning, as well as straightforward expansion using extension modules. Additionally, Tri-Clover quick-release fittings ensure rapid disconnection from conveying and vacuum (air) lines. All units are equipped with reverse jet filter cleaning.

Controls
The P10 Venturi loader is equipped with the LSR Controller. The front-panel controls include a potentiometer for setting the draw time and an on/off switch. These controls are designed to accommodate future add-on options, such as hopper high-level probes.
