Pulse-Clean In-Line Filter and Assembly

Typically used in systems where the primary receiver employs a screen separator. The 2400-pulse-clean in-line secondary filter is ideal for applications where frequent manual cleaning of the static unit would be impractical. The filter elements are automatically pulse-cleaned during system downtime, when no material is being conveyed. The 100 mm [4 in] inlet/outlet configuration features a large filter cartridge, while the smaller 50- and 76 mm [2- and 3-in] inlets/outlets utilize filter bags.

The pulse-clean in-line filter functions as a powder receiver unit and features quick-access design for easy filter inspection and maintenance. The filters pulse for a specific duration whenever the blower shuts down. Central system units paired with the pulse-clean in-line filter use a standard vacuum blower package and are primarily employed in multi-destination applications requiring higher conveying rates or longer distances.

The pulse-clean in-line filter group includes a modular in-line filter with a mounting plate, a fines collection kit (which features a flex sock adapter, clamp, filter sock, and drum with clamp), a 6-meter [20-foot] flexible hose, a carbon steel support stand, and assembly hardware. The assembly is available for 50-, 76-, and 100-mm [2-, 3- and 4-inch] line sizes.
    Mechanical Features
    • Rugged modular design
    • Quick-connect clamps for easy cleaning and filter maintenance
    • Wall mounting bracket
    Controls
The pulse-clean in-line filter is available with controls suitable for use either with a solid-state microprocessor controller, a programmable logic controller, or the LSR Controller.
