Static In-Line Filter and Group

In addition to the air-based filtration that occurs within the receivers, static in-line secondary filters are available to provide extra protection for the blower in case of primary separator failure. In-line filters are typically installed downstream of the conveying equipment, just before the blower unit.

The static in-line filter features a manually cleanable cartridge and includes a quick-access cover for convenient filter inspection and maintenance. The static in-line filter assembly comes complete with a modular in-line filter equipped with a mounting plate, 6-meter [20-foot] length of flexible hose, a carbon steel support stand, and all necessary assembly hardware. This kit is suitable for line sizes measuring 50 mm, 76 mm, 100 mm, and 127 mm [2 in, 3 in, 4 in, and 5 in].
