The world’s most technologically advanced pneumatic system, the Ominveyor pressure vessel system combined with Air Injection Modules (AIM), offers single-point control of conveying air pressure and airflow along the entire length of the conveyor line—whether the rate and distance are small or large, or anywhere in between.
Pressure vessels are used in dense-phase pneumatic conveying applications and are suitable for premixed materials, materials with high bulk density, and products that are highly abrasive, friable, or prone to segregation. They are designed for high-capacity conveying rates and long-distance transport in both purged (clear-line) and non-purged (full-line) systems.

The dense-phase pressure vessels feature a robust design. They are available in either carbon steel (painted) or stainless-steel construction. The inlet and vent valves are the only moving parts in the entire assembly. Each vessel is manufactured to ASME or PED/CE standards, depending on the project location. The pressure vessel arrives fully assembled, factory-tested, and includes:
• Flanged inlet and vent adapter
• Inlet and vent valves with pneumatic actuator and proof switches, IP66 rated
• Compressed air inlet fitting
• Pressure relief valve
• Pressure transmitter
• High-level material probe IP66• Material low-level probe IP66 rated, for non-purge models only
• Integral aeration in the 60° vessel cone
• Access/inspection port
• Three support legs
• Couplings and assembly hardwareDownload Product Specification Sheets
