Series 4 MPC Controller
The Series 4 MPC Controller manages up to 24 vacuum receivers connected to a single blower, with an optional backup blower included. Designed for compatibility with both P-Series and 2400 Series Receivers, this controller can handle traditional "keep full" receivers—designed to fill and dump until the vessel below is completely empty—as well as our line of "refill" receivers, which store material until a dump request is received. A low-voltage cable system featuring quick-connect plugs* enables seamless connection of the receivers to the central controller—no tools required. Plus, low-voltage wiring typically eliminates the need for an electrician, making the electrical installation more cost-effective. *Note: Quick-connect plugs are not available for the stainless steel version.

The operator has full control over the entire system—enabling them to turn receivers on and off, set draw times from one central location, and start the system’s blower unit—all from a single point. The standard enclosure is crafted from enameled painted steel, while a stainless steel version is available for use in pharmaceutical applications.
The Series 4 MPC Controller can be integrated into the SmartConnex feeder controls, offering a single, streamlined control solution for both feeders and vacuum sequencing receivers. It can operate as a slave device connected to the K-Vision Line Controller or the Smart Commander process visualization software.
