Series 4 PLC Controller
The Series 4 PLC Central Controller comes in two models: one manages up to 24 vacuum receivers, with any combination connected to 2 blowers. The other model controls up to 32 vacuum receivers across 4 blowers, accommodating up to 8 receivers per blower. The Series 4 PLC Controller is designed for use with both P-Series and 2400 Series Receivers. It can handle traditional "keep full" receivers, which fill and dump until the vessel below is completely full, as well as "refill" receivers, which store material until a dump request is received. A low-voltage cable system featuring quick-connect plugs enables seamless connection of the receivers to the central controller—no tools required. Additionally, low-voltage wiring typically eliminates the need for an electrician or conduit installation, making the electrical setup more cost-effective.
