    1. Live Loaded, featuring compensating hard polymer pressure plate seals
    2. The shimming system enables in-line maintenance
    3. Machined, full-bore orifice designed for unobstructed material flow and to maintain convey line pressures
    4. Can be shifted along a flowing column of materials
    5. Positive seal of materials and dusts across the closed port(s) and into the atmosphere
    6. Mechanically self-cleans its seals with each actuation
    7. No pinch points or exposed moving parts for safety
    8. No internal cavities to prevent wedging, lodging, and spoilage
    9. Narrow profile for applications in limited spaces

  • S Material/metal contact is made of 316L stainless steel.
SL The diverter features a straight-through conveying line designed for easier "in-line" installation and reduced system pressure drop when using multiple diverters.
P10 Standard tube-size diverters are made using schedule 10 pipe throughout.
P40 Standard tube-size diverters are made using schedule 40 pipe throughout.
HT3 Modifications have been made to allow continuous operation up to 250°F (121°C) and intermittent service up to 300°F (149°C).
HT4 Modifications have been made to allow continuous operation up to 400°F (204°C) and intermittent service up to 450°F (232°C).
WS The gate blade is electropolished. Polyethylene (PET or UHMW) pressure plate seals are used as a replacement for nylon.
OF 45/30 Inlets and outlets are flanged with ANSI, DIN, or JIS connections. The outlet opposite the air cylinder is offset by 30 or 45 degrees.
