Selecting the right blower to operate at the correct speed is critical for maximizing the efficiency of any pneumatic conveying system. Before choosing a blower package, our system engineers carefully calculate the required performance of the blower and how it will perform in a specific application.
The vacuum/pressure blower package features an industry-proven positive displacement blower (rotary lobe type). The blower is dynamically balanced, and isolation pads are strategically placed between the blower and its base to minimize vibration and noise. Depending on the application, vacuum/pressure blower motors are available in sizes ranging from 2.2 to 112 kW [3 to 150 HP]. An adjustable motor mount accommodates either the IEC or NEMA motor mounting pattern. Additionally, a heavy-duty drive guard fully encloses the drive unit, ensuring safety for plant personnel. The entire blower package is supported by a robust base that provides easy access for maintenance and cleaning tasks.
The noise level without a sound enclosure ranges from 70 to 97 dB(A), depending on the vacuum blower package's specific configuration and installation. Sound enclosures are available as an optional feature.Download Product Specification Sheets

The Positive Displacement Vacuum/Pressure Blower Package is part of our single blower railcar unloading system, designed for the pneumatic conveying of pellets, powders, and granular materials. A single blower powers both the vacuum and pressure components of the system, helping to minimize costs, and is ideally suited for applications where the vacuum component needs to cover a short distance.
The blower transfers material from railcars to storage tanks at rates of up to 18,140 kg/h [40,000 lbs/h]. Pre-designed packages range from a 76 mm [3 in] to 127 mm [5 in] conveying line.Download Product Specification Sheets
