Selecting the right blower to operate at the correct speed is critical for maximizing the efficiency of any pneumatic conveying system. Before choosing a blower package, our system engineers carefully calculate the required performance of the blower and how it will perform in a specific application.
The vacuum sequencing blower package features an industry-proven positive displacement blower (rotary lobe type). The blower is dynamically balanced, and isolation pads are strategically placed between the blower and its base to minimize vibration and noise. Depending on the application, vacuum sequencing blower motors are available in sizes ranging from 4 to 18.5 kW [5 to 25 HP]. An adjustable motor mount accommodates either the IEC or NEMA motor mounting pattern. Additionally, a heavy-duty drive guard fully encloses the drive unit, ensuring safety for plant personnel. The entire blower package rests on a robust base that provides easy access for maintenance and cleaning tasks.
The noise level without a sound enclosure ranges from 70 to 91 dB(A), depending on the vacuum blower package's specific configuration and installation. Sound enclosures are available as an optional feature.Download Product Specification Sheets

The Positive Displacement Vacuum Sequencing Blower is part of our extensive range of blower packages designed for the pneumatic conveying of pellets, powders, and granular materials. It is specifically engineered for use with 2400 Series vacuum sequencing receivers. The blower is controlled by a microprocessor or PLC controller, which manages the entire 2400 Series system, and features a vacuum breaker valve that ensures continuous, sequenced material flow throughout the system. While material is being conveyed, the vacuum breaker valve remains closed, allowing the material to move efficiently from the source to the receiver. Meanwhile, when the blower is idling between call signals, the vacuum breaker valve automatically opens, enabling outside air to be drawn into the system. The PD Vacuum Sequencing Blower is optimized for conveying lines ranging from 50mm [2 in] to 100mm [4 in], making it suitable for systems operating at vacuum levels up to 338 mbar(g) [10 in Hg].
