Our Gravimetric Batch Blenders dispense materials sequentially into a common weighing hopper according to the desired proportions. The weighed ingredients are then transferred into a separate mixing chamber, ensuring a consistently homogeneous blend. These blenders feature an advanced metering and weighing system that precisely controls each ingredient in every batch, delivering the exact amounts required—without averaging across multiple batches. The standard models are designed for installation above an extruder inlet, where the extruder itself serves as the flow-control mechanism.

The Gravimetric Batch Blenders (GBB) are designed and constructed from heavy-duty steel (11-gauge steel) to endure the most demanding operating conditions. The load cell features overload protection and is safeguarded against physical damage. Each blender is built with robust, continuous welding capable of handling high loads, ensuring durability even in the face of vibration and shock. Additionally, all blenders come equipped with self-optimizing software, delivering the most efficient output for every recipe. Continuous mixing of bulk materials eliminates the need to adjust blending times, guaranteeing consistent results across every batch.
