Compressed air is directed through venturis, creating a powerful airflow that effectively dislodges even the most stubborn dust particles from the filter element, ensuring thorough cleaning. Importantly, only a single row of the filter element is pulsed at any given time, while the remaining rows continue to operate online. The interval between pulses is adjustable, allowing operators to optimize the cleaning process for maximum efficiency. The filter element in the bin vent is easily accessible for maintenance via the quick-access door. Air pulse cleaning of the filter element is precisely controlled by the timer control panel, which allows users to effortlessly adjust both the frequency and duration of each pulse. A clear display on the panel indicates exactly which row of the filter element is currently being cleaned. Additionally, all solenoids responsible for pulse cleaning are integrated into the diaphragm valves. Each bin vent is equipped with a pressure differential indicator, which continuously monitors the difference in pressure between the filter element housing and the clean air plenum. This gauge provides real-time feedback to the operator, confirming the effectiveness of the filter cleaning system.
