The P30 Receiver is designed to handle powders and complies with the stringent 3A Dairy sanitary standards. Featuring a selection of different discharge valve types—such as powered flap valves and actively driven butterfly valves—the P30 can be used for both hopper-loading applications and loss-in-weight feeder refill tasks, where the receiver isn’t always emptied completely.

The P30 Receiver is designed to handle powders and complies with the stringent 3A Dairy sanitary standards. Featuring a selection of different discharge valve types—such as powered flap valves and actively driven butterfly valves—the P30 can be used for both hopper-loading applications and loss-in-weight feeder refill tasks, where the receiver isn’t always emptied completely.
The P30 receiver is available in two outlet configurations: powered flap valve (FP) or butterfly valve (BV). The receiver body is crafted from DIN 1.4404 [AISI 316L] stainless steel, featuring an internally and externally electropolished surface with passivation treatment. Its modular design and hygienic construction—free of pockets or dead spaces—facilitate effortless disassembly and cleaning, as well as straightforward expansion using extension modules. Additionally, Tri-Clover quick-release fittings enable rapid disconnection from conveying and vacuum piping systems. All units are equipped with reverse-jet filter cleaning for enhanced efficiency.

Controls
For single-receiver applications, we offer the LSR Controller. In loss-in-weight feeder refill applications, the LSR Controller can also be integrated with SmartConnex™ feeder controls.
